Successful trade fair presentation of the new AluProtect Safe 30

RUG Semin presented numerous products at BAU Munich. There was a great deal of interest in the new AluProtect Safe 30 fire damper.

From April 17 until the 22 of April 2023, RUG SEMIN was once again at the BAU Munich trade fair and presented its extensive product range of access panels for drywall construction. Almost 20 employees were on site every day to present their products and the new catalogues to the professional audience, architects, planners, contractors from the drywall construction sector and others and, above all, to stimulate dialogue and discussions with each another.

“After a four-year break, the trade fair was a great platform to exchange ideas directly with customers and experts again,” says Sales Manager Stefan Schnell. “We have received a lot of positive feedback, especially the new AluProtect Safe 30, our latest development of the RUG SEMIN Safe series, raised a lot of interest.” In this new product, the fire protection set is built in the access panel and can no longer for example, slip or be forgotten to be hung up after an installation. On the RUG SEMIN booth, this innovation as well as other access panels (Alumatic Light 25, Alu Light FIX etc.) could be tried out directly and their installation could be viewed live. “Our products were given best marks by most of our customers, which of course is extremely satisfying feedback for our company,” said Managing Director Christof Rösler.

There was also a lot of demand for Individual advice on the stand. “It is very important for us to stay in touch with end-users in order to constantly improve our products and prepare our future developments,” Rösler continues.

In every single discussion, it became clear that the building industry is currently stable despite the current challenging times, and that high-quality products and innovations are in demand, especially regarding safety.

Visitors were also delighted with RUG SEMIN’s trade fair tradition: The cocktail bar.

Our three bartender ladies provided guests with fresh mixed drinks, making the fairly “dry” tropic of drywall construction a rather more entertaining and digestive subject!
