An architectural highlight has been created in the heart of the newly developed Hafenpark Quartier Süd: the Scandic Hotel Frankfurt. The modern hotel not only stands for Scandinavian design and maximum guest comfort, but also for the consistent implementation of the latest safety standards.

A central element of the expansion is the installation of 680 pieces AluSpeed Safe 30, I30/EI30 access doors (500 x 500 mm). These premium access doors are smoke-proof and specially designed for use in non-load-bearing, room-enclosing, single-sided installation shafts, shaft walls, and solid walls with fire resistance class I30/EI30.

The lockable, smoke-proof door leaf with plasterboard insert, insulation layer, and all-round seal ensures maximum safety in the event of a fire and meets the highest requirements for functionality and durability. With this well-thought-out safety concept, the Scandic Hotel Frankfurt sets standards in modern hotel construction—combining stylish architecture with forward-looking technology.
